Graphic design and pre-press

EDS Flexibles is working with highly skilled graphic designers on customization of product packaging - directly implementing all technical mandatories for final product preparation. We are offering low profile artwork support, high end 8 color designs and everything in between.

Printing

Printing width up to 1300mm with a maximum of 8 colors makes EDS Flexibles stand out.  Every selected ink is specialy developed for printing food packaging.

Laminating

Maximum lamination up to 1400mm. Multiple types of laminates are extracted from several types of plastic, if required this can also be combined with paper. Laminating is offered a variety of options from two to three layer film composition (both standard and barriere film).

Window bags

EDS specializes in window web film, processed in a window bag. Optimal product presentation behind a clear window in combination with a beautiful print on paper. Up to 8 colors of printing on both paper and foil, as well as wicket bags.

Hot needle perforation

We offer services of hot needle perforation and laser perforation of all types of films.

Bagloaden bags

Multiple tailor made finising techniques to meet the needs of the customer. We deliver finished product for both machine as well as manual packing processing from bread and bakery products like bake-off products, fresh bread, banquet, toast, amongst many others.
